Isaac McDowell

Isaac joined the St. Paul's team in June 2024 as the Associate for Youth & Parish Life. In this role, he oversees St. Paul's youth ministries and works closely with parish volunteers to coordinate parish events and foster opportunities for fellowship and spiritual growth.

Before joining St. Paul's, Isaac served as the Youth and Outreach Coordinator at Christ Church in Elizabeth City. He has been involved in youth ministry throughout the Diocese of East Carolina for more than four years. Since graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2021, Isaac has served in ministry both on the international mission field and within the Diocese of East Carolina.

Isaac holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of South Carolina and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health degree at East Carolina University.

Outside of work, Isaac enjoys traveling, exercising, cooking, and spending time with his partner, Mae Thomas, and their dog, BoBo.
