Lynne Rooks

Lynne joined the St. Paul's team in February 2025 as Finance Manager. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the church's financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget preparation and monitoring.

Lynne brings extensive corporate finance experience to St. Paul's. Her prior experience includes executive finance roles with PPD and GE Nuclear in Wilmington, North Carolina, as well as Deloitte in McLean, Virginia. After nearly 30 years in fast-paced, high-intensity roles, Lynne was looking for an opportunity that would allow her to continue making a meaningful impact in a more balanced environment. St. Paul's has been the perfect fit.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park, and earned her CPA license in 1993.

Outside of work, Lynne and her husband, Travis, enjoy spending time with their three children, their growing families, and their beloved dog, Nazzie. They also love to travel, with Nazaré, Portugal, among their favorite destinations.
